Opened in 2023, The Willard is a 7-story apartment building and the latest residential addition to the Owings Mills Metro Centre development. Featuring 227 units, the complex was designed in a podium-style. Structural plans included 5 levels of wood-framed apartments above a 2-story concrete-framed parking garage. Designed with modern finishes and luxury amenities, The Willard includes an outdoor pool, communal courtyards, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and interior lounge and conference spaces. CEI provided full structural designs for this project, which is the third residential building within the Owings Mills Metro community.
