In 2021, Carroll Engineering took on our first project in Florida, providing structural designs for Merritt Properties on the new Imeson Landing Business Park. Located in Jacksonville, this flex/industrial development will feature five buildings, totaling 380,700SF. The first three buildings were completed in early 2023, and two additional buildings will be constructed this year. These single-story concrete tilt-up buildings range in size from 39,000 SF to 69,000 SF and feature 18-foot to 20-foot clear heights, with a mix of loading docks and drive-in doors. Carroll Engineering has provided full structural designs for the first five buildings in this 25-acre commercial development.
