Built in 2021, the Tower Logistics Business Center is an 860,000-SF warehouse located along the I-95 corridor in Aberdeen, Md. Situated on 98 acres just 30 miles from downtown Baltimore, the development includes the 1,700-foot-long building, as well as large access drives off of Route 40. Extensive parking for both cars and trailers is also provided, with more than 800 spaces on-site. Designed for large, complex distribution operations, the building features 40-foot clear-height, 52-foot by 60-foot speed bays, 52-foot by 54-foot interior bays, 189 dock positions, and four drive-in doors with concrete ramps. Working with Merritt Properties, CEI provided full structural designs for the new construction of this concrete-framed industrial building.
