Located in the heart of the Canton business district, the 3401 Boston St. development is an on-going construction project that will bring more than 500,000 SF of office, garage, and lifestyle space to downtown Baltimore. The development includes the 8-story Merritt Clubs Canton, completed in 2018, and the proposed 20-story Merritt Canton Office Building. Merritt Clubs Canton features six stories of concrete-framed parking, a rooftop pool with a restaurant and bar, and a ground-floor gym with an indoor pool. The Merritt Canton Office Building provides 10,000 SF of ground-floor retail, multiple stories of mid-level garage space, and 186,000 SF of upper-level Class A office space. The luxury office building also includes a grand entrance lobby, penthouse terrace, and community lounges and workspaces. CEI provided full structural designs for this nearly $100 million construction project.
