Arbor Terrace Fulton is a unique, luxury-style senior living apartment complex opened in 2020. The goal of the project was to reimagine the sterile and institutional nature often found in assisted living and healthcare facilities to create a contemporary, welcoming residential community. With a variety of modern amenities and boutique hotel-style finishes, Arbor Terrace contains 86 apartments and offers its residents luxury accommodations, opportunities for engagement, and state-of-the-art medical care. Thoughtfully designed to encourage resident interaction, the 73,000-SF complex features restaurant space, a whiskey lounge, a coffee bar, a communal exterior courtyard, and a salon and spa. Arbor Terrace also offers convenient, walkable connections to the adjacent Maple Lawn mixed-use development. CEI provided full structural designs for this $27.5 million project, which includes designs for a green roof, stone veneer, and a Hambro floor system.
