Situated on 74 acres along North Carolina’s Research Triangle, Merritt Capital Business Park is a flex/light industrial development that will feature up to seven buildings totaling 452,000 SF. The work officially broke ground in 2020. Phase I, which includes two buildings totaling over 115,000SF, was completed in early 2022. Currently under construction with completion expected in 2023, Phase II includes two buildings totaling 135,000 SF. Individual buildings at the office park will range from 30,000-SF to 140,000-SF with rear loading docks, drive-in capabilities, and clear heights up to 24-feet to accommodate both office and warehouse operations. Working with Merritt Properties, CEI has provided full structural designs for the new construction of both Phase I buildings.
