Beltway Business Park is a development of five flex/industrial buildings located along Washington Boulevard in Halethorpe. Offering convenient access to BWI Airport, the Baltimore Beltway, and I-95, Beltway Business Park is home to corporate offices, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and retailers. The buildings feature 20-foot clear-height, dock doors with drive-in capabilities, and a total square footage of more than 200,000SF. The project included designs for concrete framing, standard spread footing footings, on-site parking, open floor plans, and matching brick veneer. Major tenants in the development include The Living Legacy Foundation, Schindler Elevators & Escalators, and Saval Foods Corporation. CEI provided full structural designs for all buildings in the development, as well as plans for future construction.
- Building structural designs included multiple construction types: tilt-up wall panels and masonry, both with brick veneer exterior.
- All buildings are single-story with the exception of Building 2, which included designs for a partial second story to house The Living Legacy Foundation.
