Site:  Water's Edge Corporate Campus
Client:  Manekin Construction, LLC
Location:  Harford County, MD

Water's Edge Corporate Campus comprises of five buildings encompassing 295,483 square feet situated on approximately 17 acres of land developed for Manekin. CEI completed structural designs for a LEED CS 2.0 Gold Certified Building IV, a 5-story & 102,359 gross square foot office facility. Building consisted of deep pier foundations, steel framing including roof and terrace areas, concrete curb on terrace slab, exterior curtain wall and stair/elevator fire rated enclosures.
