Site: Water's Edge Corporate Campus
Client: Manekin Construction LLC
Location: Harford County, MDWater's Edge Corporate Campus comprises of five buildings encompassing 295,483 square feet situated on approximately 17 acres of land developed for Manekin. CEI completed structural designs on Building III (4-story & 80,000 gross square feet) and Building IV (5-story & 102,359 gross square feet). 4694 Millennium Drive was awarded 2008 NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Award of Excellence, Best Low to Mid-Rise Office Building. Buildings consisted of deep pier foundations, steel framing including roof and terrace areas, concrete curb on terrace slab, exterior curtain wall and stair/elevator fire rated enclosures.
