VA Rehabilitation & Extended Care Center
 

Site:  VA - Loch Raven Complex
Client:  VETERANS ADMINISTRATION
Location:  Baltimore City, MD

CEI completed timely design/build structural services for the general contractor, OMNI, during the construction of this 120-bed rehabilitation and extended care facility. Our designed structures included steel and concrete beam framing, spread footings, light gauge roof framing, recessed concrete slabs and metal decking to form the 3-story, four wing shaped facility. Designs for Bid Package I, foundation and grade beams, were completed in less than four months to meet the short construction duration.
