St. Mary's College of Maryland - H. Thomas Waring Commons Project

CEI provided services during three phases of construction to develop this student housing and common building project. Phase I design began in 2002 with a kick-off meeting with General Contractor - KBE building corporation (formerly Konover Construction). Project was on a fast-track, design/build basis that 336 students occupied Buildings A-H by August 2007. Designs complemented the distinctive architecture of St. Mary's College, which was established in 1840.
