CEI provided services during three phases to develop this student multi-residential buildings and common area building project. Phase I design began in 2002 with a kick-off meeting with General Contractor - KBE building corporation (formerly Konover Construction). Project was on a fast-track, design/build basis under which the students occupied Buildings A-H in November 2006. Designs complemented the distinctive architecture of St. Mary's College, which was established in 1840.
