Stevenson University Student Dormitories
 

Site:  Stevenson University (Owings Mills Campus)
Client:  Stevenson University
Location:  Baltimore County, MD

CEI completed timely structural designs for a total of twelve much-needed, mid-rise student housing buildings for the Owings Mills Campus. Each Phase (eight buildings, three buildings, then one) was constructed by David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD. Typical mid-rise dormitory buildings consisted of pre-engineered wood trusses and panelized wood framed wall system founded on a standard spread concrete footing.
