Opened to students in 2008, the Brown School of Business & Leadership at Stevenson University is a primary example of the school's recent rapid expansion. The university called on CEI to provide structural designs for the three-story, 60,000 gross-square-foot building, which includes classrooms, offices, computer labs, a library and a moot court room. The prominent building is set into a large hill above the Boulevard Place retail center on Owings Mills Boulevard and features an open front entrance area. CEI worked with David S. Brown Enterprises on an aggressive design and construction schedule to quickly complete the new school for student use.
