Client:  Vornado Realty Trust
Location:  Fairfax County, VA

Since 1986 CEI has worked with several developers and mall owners to triple the original area of 186,000 square feet. Our staff has provided a variety of engineering services for J.C. Penney, Target, Macy's and a majority of the 150 retail spaces. CEI is currently completing structural designs to several 12' x 50' deteriorated pedestrian bridges from mall to a covered parking garage.
