Location:  Baltimore County, MD

CEI completed timely structural designs for six 6-story condominium buildings which anchored a beautiful residential center in Owings Mills. Structural framing for the 80,000 gross square foot complex consisted of a VESCOM composite joist floor system supported from a light guage bearing walls.
