Prettyboy Dam Shop / Storage Building
Site: Prettyboy Reservoir
Client: Baltimore City Department of Public Works
Location: Baltimore County, MDCEI completed a feasibility study to upgrade the on-site maintenance, storage and administration facilities for this water reservoir complex. Our staff assessed the existing buildings and site infrastructure, defined an upgrade budget. CEI continued through Phase II, which included design of two pre-engineered buildings: a 7,000 gross square foot office building and an 8,600 gross square foot vehicle storage building.
