Site:  Baltimore City Inner Harbor
Client:  Cornish Developer
Location:  Baltimore City, MD

CEI completed structural designs for a highly visible 6-story, 120,000 square foot centerpiece mixed use facility near the Baltimore Aquarium on Pier 4. CEI utilized transfer beams at the second level to allow for fist floor "open" theater area. Building consisted of brick and glass curtain wall facade with post-tensioned flat slab construction founded on an auger pile foundation system.
