Location:  Baltimore County, MD

Metro Centre at Owings Mills is a Class A, mixed-use, transit-oriented development adjacent to the existing Owings Mills Metro Station. The design integrates a dynamic mix of residential, office, retail, restaurants, a new public library, and a community college building, all within a pedestrian-friendly live-work-play environment that encourages the use of public transportation and existing infrastructure. CEI is completing designs for office building #1, a 7-story concrete, masonry and metal building.
