Owings Mills Metro Centre Parking Garages

Location:  Baltimore County, MD

Metro Centre at Owings Mills is a Class A, mixed-use, transit-oriented development adjacent to the existing Owings Mills Metro Station. CEI completed designs on two structured parking garages that serve the entire Metro Centre project. Garage I contained 942,000 gross square feet with 2873 parking spaces; Garage II contained 548,00 gross square feet and 2069 parking spaces. Structures consisted of concrete with bonded post-tensioning, concrete retaining walls at lower level, deep pile foundations and exterior brick walls & EIFS surfaces.
