Warehouse for the National Security Agency

Client:  Merritt Properties, LLC
Location:  Anne Arundel County, MD

CEI completed structural designs for a 281,000 square foot, 30' clear height office/warehouse used by NSA for a satellite storage facility. Our staff designed concrete tilt-up panels, steel framing, reinforced concrete floor slabs with a 40' x 40' bay layout, loading dock levelers, bumpers, exterior stairs, canopy framing and BOCA Section 1612 seismic regulations for performance Category A.
