Salisbury University Nanticoke Hall
 

Site:  North Central Area of Campus
Client:  Salisbury University
Location:  Wicomico County, MD

CEI completed renovation designs for Nanticoke Hall, a concrete and masonry framed three story building with a partial basement. Our structural plans detailed a new entrance lobby to the northeast side of the building, CMU framing for a new elevator and a forty foot, three story addition to the north end of the building. New structural members matched the existing with concrete framed floors and exterior load bearing masonry walls.
