The Mount Washington Mill, dubbed the "biggest small town in America," houses modern amenities associated with a large city without taking away from its Old World charm. The mill is an architectural melting pot, combining old and new traditions to create a unique shopping experience. CEI has provided assessments and structural design services to rehabilitate six mixed-use buildings to date for the adaptive re-use into offices, medical and retail spaces.
