MERRITT Athletic Clubs

Client:  MERRITT, Inc.
Location:  Baltimore, MD

CEI completed a variety of structural engineering services to redevelop, structurally adapt or construct eight major athletic clubs. The above pictured club is located on Boston Street in Eastern Baltimore. The modern athletic club consisted of a deep foundation system for pool area, steel long-span framing, curved front entrance structure and reinforced concrete slab-on-grade.
