Client: Maryland DGS/Morgan State University
Location: Baltimore City, MD
This building was constructed in 1890s and is on the National Register of Historical Places. The intent of the building's rehabilitation is for the adaptive re-use by Morgan State University for office/conference center. Structural services includes support of m/e/p systems, new fire escape, new fire detection/sprinkler, new security system, historic restoration of interior and exterior, handicap accessible, new elevator and new windows & doors.
