Correctional Facilities

Havre de Grace City Police Station

Client:  City of Havre de Grace
Location:  Harford County, MD

CEI completed a physical condition assessment and structural designs for a 3,000 square foot expansion to the 1-story City Hall and construction of a new 9,000 square foot police facility. During the schematic phase of the project, our staff designed structural framing for three alternates including one and two story buildings and different roof framing materials. After City decided on best alternative, CEI prepared construction documents and completed construction administration services on this short 18-month project.
