Hammerman Area Beach Services Building
Site: Gunpowder State Park
Client: Maryland DGS/DNR
Location: Baltimore County, MDThe beautiful Chesapeake Bay is the place for recreation. CEI completed structural designs for a community building that housed concessions, showers, life guard stations and administrative offices. Project received a LEED Silver rating by USGBC. Our staff gained several points for the LEED certification by recycling wood building members for exterior wood decking.
