Hammerman Area Beach Services Building

Location:  Baltimore County, MD

The beautiful Chesapeake Bay is the place for recreation. CEI completed structural designs for a community building that housed concessions, showers, life guard stations and administrative offices. Facility was constructed adjacent to the flood plain and in the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area. Our services included design of extensive wood decking and stairs along with a LEED Silver rating by USGBC. Gained several points for LEED by recycling demolition wood building members and utilizing them for exterior wood decking.
