Francis Scott Key Maintenance Yard

Client:  Maryland Transportation Authority
Location:  Baltimore County, MD

CEI prepared demolition documents to remove two-bays of the existing maintenance building and construction documents for a three-bay addition. Proposed structures matched the existing one-story, masonry wall, standard spread footing building. CEI designed a large slab-on-grade cut-out for a 12x6 oil/water separator below the concrete floor. CEI reviewed the roof load capacity to current IBC loadings. Our plans included connection details, exterior concrete ribbon area around the perimeter and protective pipe bollards.
