Client: Carroll Creek Park
Location: Frederick County, MDCreekside Plaza is a premier mixed use building situated at the prime Carroll Creek Park corridor location in downtown City of Frederick. The building faces Carroll Creek Park and within view of Baker Park. CEI completed structural designs for the 90,856 gross square foot building that includes residential, office and lower level retail spaces.
