Site: Columbia, MD
Client: Merritt Properties
Location: Howard County, MDCEI completed structural design services for Buildings 2 and 3 representing a total of 250,000 square feet. Both mid-rise office buildings connected into a two level parking structure. Structures consisted of pre-cast spandrel panels and glass curtain wall, post-tensioned flat slab construction with spread footings.
