Carroll Engineering, Inc. (CEI) is a Structural/Civil Engineering and Landscape Architectural consulting firm serving numerous Mid-Atlantic region clients. Started in 1965 by one of Maryland's most prominent engineers, Richard J. Carroll, P.E., we have remained on the forefront by offering our clients a unique level of service and commitment.
We have maintained an excellent reputation by continuing to place extra emphasis on client service. Our staff has an outstanding record of delivering cost effective projects on-time and within budget. As a result, we have developed lasting relationships with many of our clients.
Carroll Engineering, Inc. is a small business certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) by Baltimore City and as a Minority and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE) by MDOT and other government agencies.
