Carroll Engineering, Inc. is a structural and civil consulting firm serving the Mid-Atlantic region and surrounding states. Started in 1965 by one of Maryland's most prominent engineers, Richard J. Carroll, P.E., we have remained on the forefront by offering our clients a unique level of service and commitment.
We have maintained an excellent reputation by continuing to place extra emphasis on client service. Our staff has an outstanding record of delivering cost effective projects on-time and within budget. As a result, we have developed lasting relationships with many of our clients.
