Madonna Ranger Station
Site: Madonna Ranger Station
Client: Maryland DGS/DNR
Location: Harford County, MDCEI prepared plans for the demolition of the existing 96 foot long maintenance shop building and designed a replacement 4,260 gross square foot building. The proposed building contained an office, conference room, kitchen, two restrooms, two vehicle storage bays, mechanical / electrical room, seeding cooler and fire equipment storage areas. Site improvements included pavement areas to connect into the vehicle bays and equipment storage areas, 10-space parking handicap accessibility area, and enlarged septic storage tank and seepage field. CEI completed field visits, MDE permitting and construction administration services.
