Lillie Carroll Jackson Museum
 

Site:  North Central Baltimore
Client:  Maryland DGS/Morgan State University
Location:  Baltimore City, MD

CEI was civil engineer of record to evaluate and upgrade site conditions for the renovation of the 3-story museum that will be maintained and operated by MSU. Our staff visited the site, researched existing utility services and Baltimore City right-of-ways. We designed water service upgrade, walkways including rear handicap accessibility, sturdy grass seed mix during the renovation of Dr. Lillie Carroll Jackson, former residence. Dr. Jackson served as president of the Baltimore NAACP Chapter.
