Site:  Myersville, Maryland
Client:  Maryland SHA District 7
Location:  Frederick County, MD

CEI assisted in the initial engineering design phase to develop two sites in a natural setting on South Mountain between Frederick and Hagerstown in Frederick County near the Washington County Line. Our staff coordinated with Land Surveyor to receive site base information for the rough grading, overall vehicle circulation and utilities. CEI documented civil/site requirements for the LEED Silver Certification.
