Holabird Middle School Systemic Renovation
Site: Holabird Middle School
Client: Baltimore County Public Schools
Location: Baltimore County, MDCEI designed site improvements within a tight BCPS budget during the Phase III systemic renovation of this middle school. Our staff visited the site early in the project to verify existing conditions, to confirm County site improvement scope and to evaluate several locations for five modular units. CEI prepared construction documents to repair and upgrade the facility, handicap accessibility, parking, walkways and water service including an approved Baltimore County utility agreement.
