Health Care for the Homeless
 

Site:  Fallsway & Hillen Street
Client:  RECMP, LLC
Location:  Baltimore City, MD

CEI completed civil, structural and landscaping services to certify this 56,639 gross square foot clinic in Baltimore for comprehensive health services at a LEED gold rating. Sustainable designs included a green (rooftop garden) roof, site selection, alternate transportation, recycled rain water, heat island and site development items for a total of nine sustainable site points.
