Havre de Grace City Police Station
 

Site:  Northern Havre de Grace
Client:  City of Havre de Grace
Location:  Harford County, MD

CEI analyzed the site topography of this constrained site for the renovation of the existing City Hall and construction of a major addition for a central police station. CEI reconfigured the existing parking lot and entrances for efficient vehicular circulation when part of police station footprint fell into the parking area. Site storm drainage was connected via a series of inlets that discharged across the street into a recreation complex swale. CEI services included submittal of ESC plans to Harford County Soil District, utility services, site grading for handicap access, pavement restriping and walkways.
