2100 Guilford Avenue Parole Office
Site: 2100 Guilford Avenue Parole & Probation Office
Client: Maryland DGS/DPSCS
Location: Baltimore City, MDCEI provided civil engineering to renovate and enlarge the existing Department of Parole & Probation office. Site designs reflected the various phases of construction and had to account for interim grading and utilities. As a result of the phasing, CEI submitted multiple sets of plans to MDE for ESC review. Storm water management was achieved through a closely coordinated effort between the site engineer, architect and landscape architect through a net reduction of 20% of the impervious area, which eliminated the need for a dedicated SWM system.
