Site: Brooklyn Park Area
Client: Three M, LLC
Location: Anne Arundel County, MDCEI was civil engineer of record to develop a transportation dispatch/parking yard along Belle Grove Road. Site was located within the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area and partially within the flood plain. Our staff handled all permitting including Anne Arundel County, MDE (site was classified a brownfield) and SHA entrance. CEI designed grading, site drainage, utility extensions, stormwater management and a handicap accessible office entrance. Our staff received all permit approvals in a time sensitive, cost effective manner.
