Dunmanway Senior Center/County Offices
Site: 10 Dunmanway Avenue
Client: Baltimore County DPW/Recreation and Parks
Location: Baltimore County, MDCEI completed civil engineering services during the phased renovation of the Dunmanway Community Center, which was occupied during construction. Facility included community center, offices, pool area and fitness center. CEI designed entrances for four office/recreation spaces including 2 handicap accessible ramps. Project also included utility, service upgrades, reconfigured on-site parking lot, concrete walkways and electric transformer pad and enclosure.
