Donaldson Brown Feasibility Study
Site: 200 Mount Ararat Road, Port Deposit
Client: University of Maryland, Baltimore
Location: Cecil County, MDCEI completed a site feasibility study for the University of Maryland to possibly utilize this historic mansion, adjacent buildings and grounds as a regional conference center. Our staff evaluated the 23.43-acre site, egress roadway, parking, private utilities, handicap accessibility, landscaping and existing recreation areas. CEI documented minor recommendations, but was greatly impressed on the mansion's condition, views, setting and the preserved historic nature of the center.
