CCBC - Catonsville Campus Learning Resource Center
Site: South-Central Catonsville Campus Area
Client: The Community College of Baltimore County
Location: Baltimore County, MDCEI prepared civil/site and landscape architectural plans for the Catonsville Campus Learning Resource Center, a 3-story, 75,500 square foot facility located at the existing Parking Lot 8. Our staff attended multiple LEED rating charretts with Project Architect and Baltimore County representatives. CEI was responsible to document five "sustainable sites" items toward the NC2.2 LEED Silver Rating Certificate.
