Oriole Park At Camden Yards Picnic Area
Site: Oriole Park At Camden Yards
Client: Maryland Stadium Authority
Location: Baltimore City, MDCEI completed designs to renovate the existing picnic area at Camden Yards and incorporate new statues, add ADA access and replace a damaged sanitary line. Majority of the project site consisted of impervious (gravel, brick and concrete) surfaces, while pervious surfaces such as tree pits and planters represent the minority of areas. A series of existing drains collect storm water throughout the picnic area and then outfall to on-site storm drain systems. According to the Maryland Stadium Authority, the picnic area, after updating, will be open to the general public.
