BCPS Bus Training Facility
Site: Cockeysville
Client: Baltimore County Public Schools
Location: Baltimore County, MDCEI completed civil and landscape architectural designs for a Bus Training and Dispatcher Office Facility located at the Cockeysville yard off of Wight Avenue. CEI visited the site early in the project to assist the Architect in the placement of the 2,500 square foot building. Once the building footprint and impervious (pavement) areas were finalized, we field verified storm drain inlets and underground piping locations. CEI designed grading and adjacent roadway curblines. Plans were transmitted to DEPRM for approval since area of disturbance was greater than 5,000 square feet. Our staff completed additional research and County coordination for Contractor to properly connect storm drain inlets into the adjacent Baltimore County main.
