George L. Winfield Fleet Maintenance Facility

Client:  Baltimore City Department of Public Works
Location:  Baltimore City, MD

CEI completed civil improvements to redevelop a 14.4-acre grassy "Brownfield" site for the state-of-the-art fleet maintenance facility. Our staff coordinated with architect, Heery International, and Baltimore City General Services to define and design necessary site infrastructure for the maintenance of 5,800 pieces of motorized equipment ranging from fire trucks to lawn mowers. Site improvements included extensive pavement area, utility services, stormwater management pond, site circulation, handicap accessibility, and permitting.
